Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you receive access to the game, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

The only exception: if a technical error completely prevents you from accessing the game, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a review for a discretionary refund, as described in our Terms of Service.

For any technical issues accessing the game or your account, please contact us at kingdomgrammar@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate the issue and assist you within 24 to 48 hours.
